Agustin Garcia joined Ken Pence Plumbing in 1984 as a plumber. He demonstrated powerful ambition in his work, and in 1998, Ken agreed to make him a partner. Soon after, Agustin didn't want to stop there; he wanted to obtain his own license. Ken Pence was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and with his huge heart, he decided to help Agustin fulfill his dream. He not only helped Agustin get his license but also established his very own company.

AG Quality Plumbing was born in 2003. With a lot of determination and excitement, Agustin, along with his older son, Gerardo, established a solid company. In 2007, AG Quality Plumbing was incorporated. In 2020, Agustin retired, leaving Gerardo to carry on the legacy. Gerardo proudly has 30+ years of plumbing experience.
